About the Online Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education

Eastern Oregon University’s online B.S./B.A. in Early Childhood Education is a non-licensure program that prepares you for a meaningful career working with children from birth through age 8. It features an exploration of the early childhood education field and gives you the skills needed to support and educate young children. Because this degree is delivered in a flexible online format, you can study on your schedule as you gain an in-depth understanding of early childhood foundations, development and approaches.

When you complete this program, you will be qualified to work in the private sector as an educator, administrator, advocate, educational coordinator or policymaker in schools, businesses and community settings. Because the Early Childhood Education program provides a strong foundation for further study, you can also continue your education in a graduate program if teacher licensure is your goal.
